Bukit BatokWent to Bukit Batok, Marsiling and Jurong East branches to view for a suitable unit. Staffs at all these places are extremely friendly (Brian at Bukit Batok, Belinda at Marsiling and Benny at Jurong East) with excellent customer service.
We ended up getting a suitable unit at Jurong East. Benny who served us was super friendly and very clear in his explanation. We requested for few rounds of viewing after returning back to the office. He is very professional and patience in escorting us to the viewing. I also understand that Benny is usually stationed at Toa Payoh branch and is here at Jurong East branch to stand in for today only. This does not jeopardise his service to us. Kudos to Benny.
