hougangWent down to Storhub Hougang/Defu building. Attended by Uncle Richard today and I am so pleased by his services so I decided to rent 2 units from him on the spot and signed a 6 months contract. His personality is so warm and welcoming and I was very pleased by the way he served me. Although he is an elderly person but he is so full of positive energy, bring me up to the storage units to show me how they look like and explaining to me how the building works, trying to meet my expectations in whatever way he can. Totally respected him in the way he treats his customers. He is also very friendly, meticulous and helpful when serving me. would really highly recommended to look for him if anyone would like to rent a storage space at Storhub Hougang/Defu building.
