My heart also goes out to Sharon (Hougang) as she provided excellent service and helped me walk through to the different stages of the storage facility with patience and I finally sign up with Junaidah (Hougang) as she met and answered my request quickly and professionally.
I definitely WOULD RECOMMEND STORHUB HOUGANG for having a GOOD & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have the attitude of "Go Extra Mile" in making my choice easier! Uncle Richard also sent a welcoming text and gave directions to the place.

Bukit BatokVery great service frm staff Norleen at Bukit Batok. She's very friendly and helpful although she just join in a few mnth. She go extra mile by welcoming us outside the receptionist as i call her tat I'm reaching soon. When she saw us parking near the receptionist, she approching us wit a smile and introduce herself.
She bring us up to the store and keep on answering our questions. Although it's my first time using StorHub Self Storage, she make us feel very comfortable.
